Elite+ tool licence & terms.

The terms that govern S8 Insights Elite+ (S8 Terminal). They are published here in full so you can read them before creating an account or paying anything: the same substance you accept at checkout, including the waiver of the 14-day cooling-off period.

These Elite+ terms supplement the existing S8 Insights Terms and Responsible Gambling Notice. By subscribing to S8 Insights Elite+, you agree to the following:

1. Digital tool licence, not ownership

Your subscription grants you a personal, non-transferable licence to use the S8 Insights Elite+ tool surface for the duration of your active paid subscription. You do not own the tool, the underlying model, or any of its outputs.

2. One login per subscriber

Each Elite+ seat is for one individual subscriber. You may not share your login, allow others to use your account, or run multiple sessions concurrently.

3. No sharing, resale, scraping, cloning, redistribution

You may not redistribute, resell, sublicence, scrape, mirror, or republish any part of the Elite+ tool surface, its outputs, or its data, in whole or in part, by any means, in any medium.

4. No reverse engineering

You may not reverse-engineer, decompile, disassemble, or otherwise attempt to derive the source, methods, or internal logic of the S8 Insights tools, model, or systems.

5. No automated bot or scraping use

You may not access the Elite+ surface via bots, scripts, headless browsers, scrapers, or any automated agents. Manual interactive use only.

6. No guaranteed outcomes

S8 Insights Elite+ provides analysis and tools; it does not promise, guarantee, or warrant any specific betting outcome, return, profit, or result. Past performance is not indicative of future results.

7. Not financial advice

Nothing provided by S8 Insights Elite+ constitutes financial, investment, legal, or tax advice. Use of the tool and any decisions made on the basis of its output are entirely your own responsibility.

8. Responsible gambling, 18+

You confirm you are 18 or older and legally permitted to engage with betting-related services in your jurisdiction. You agree to bet only what you can afford to lose. Markets carry real risk.

9. Access ends if subscription ends

Your access to Elite+ is contingent on an active paid subscription. If your subscription is cancelled, expires, fails to renew, or is revoked, your access to the Elite+ tool surface ends.

10. Abuse can lead to suspension

S8 Insights reserves the right to suspend or revoke your access at its discretion if it determines, on reasonable grounds, that you have violated these terms, including (without limitation) sharing access, scraping, redistributing output, or otherwise misusing the service.

11. Digital content access starts immediately after payment confirmation

By subscribing and proceeding through checkout, you expressly request that access to Elite+ digital content begin immediately upon payment confirmation. In accordance with Regulation 36(1) of the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you acknowledge that you lose your right to cancel within the 14-day cooling-off period once digital content access has been granted. You may cancel future renewals at any time, but no refund will be issued for the current period once access has been granted.
