How does the Elite free trial work?
Three days free, then £14.99/month. You'll be asked to read and accept the subscription terms before checkout. These cover the digital content access waiver required under UK Consumer Contracts Regulations. You can cancel any time before the trial ends to pay nothing.
Can I cancel Elite at any time?
Yes. Cancel any time from your subscription dashboard. No minimum term, no cancellation fee. Your access continues until the end of the period you've paid for.
What is the refund policy?
Because S8 Insights Elite is a digital content subscription with access granted immediately upon payment, and because you explicitly request that access begin at checkout, you waive the 14-day cooling-off period under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013. No refund is issued once access has been granted. You may cancel future renewals at any time.
What is Elite+?
The highest tier: direct access to the S8 Fixture Model and S8 Player Model, full Match Dossier depth, and a personal performance tracker. £88 per month at the founding rate, limited to eight founding seats. Read the Elite+ terms.
