S8 Insights is a data analysis and betting intelligence service at s8insights.com. We provide statistical analysis, model-driven research, and performance tracking for football betting markets.
We are not a bookmaker, tipster service, or financial adviser. We do not place bets on your behalf and we have no affiliation with any bookmaker or betting exchange. No returns, profits, or outcomes are guaranteed. Past performance does not indicate future results. Betting involves risk and you may lose money.
You must be 18 years of age or older, and legally permitted to engage with betting-related services in your jurisdiction, to use S8 Insights. This is in accordance with the Gambling Act 2005 and CAP Code Rule 16.3.
You agree to provide accurate information when you create an account and to keep it up to date. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for activity that takes place under your account. Accounts are for one person. You may not share an account with, or transfer it to, anyone else.
By subscribing, you explicitly request immediate access to your S8 Insights subscription upon payment. In accordance with Regulation 36(1) of the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, by expressly requesting the immediate supply of digital content you acknowledge that you lose your right to cancel within the 14-day cooling-off period. No refund will be issued once access has been granted, and all payments made are final.
You may cancel your subscription at any time to prevent future charges. When you cancel, your access continues until the end of the period you have already paid for, and you are not charged again. This agreement is made under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and the Electronic Commerce Regulations 2002.
Member content, including analysis, model outputs, dossiers, and Telegram channel content, is provided for your own personal use. You may not redistribute, resell, publish, scrape, or otherwise share gated content, nor share your account access, with anyone else.
We may suspend or close any account that breaches these terms.
The site, its content, our models, and the outputs they produce belong to S8 Insights. Your subscription grants you a personal right to access and use them while your subscription is active. It does not transfer any ownership to you.
The service is provided as-is and for information purposes only. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for betting losses or for any decision you make using our analysis. You remain solely responsible for your own betting decisions.
Nothing in these terms limits or excludes any liability that cannot lawfully be limited or excluded.
We may update these terms as the service evolves. Material changes will be noted at the top of this page with an updated date. Continued use of the service after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
